This is my second time at a Milk & Honey and it was definitely twice the charm! The customer service was A1! The food.....amazing, flavorful and filling. They accommodated me ordering something not on the menu. I do recommend that you offer a salmon shrimp and grits! It was also a bonus that the men preparing the food are easy on the eyes. Loved my experience. I will be visiting this location again!
Omgoodness my first time here with a friend but definitely not my last The salmon and hash is so wonderful that it's indescribable. It was so, so good I think I may have shed a tear. The breading on the salmon and the way the hash browns were seasoned and cooked is nothing short of perfection Order a fried catfish ala carte to go. The way he did the breading and seasoning is something I've never experienced. This is definitely one to put on your bucket list. You won't be disappointed
We drove all the way from past Richmond VA to come try this restaurant and it did NOT disappoint! As soon as we walked in, we were hit with delicious smells and a welcoming atmosphere. We walked to the counter and we were greeted by a gentleman who was eager to give us the best experience since it was our first time. He gave us recommendations and also a complimentary desert. The Cajun shrimp and grits are to die for. My boyfriend had a secret menu item that was recommended since he couldn’t decide what to get! They combined the Crab hash and Chicken and honey biscuit just for him! I never write food reviews but this place definitely deserve 10/10 rating. I highly recommend coming here if you want to eat and take a big nap after!
My husband and I got the smothered chicken over biscuits. The serving sizes are amazing and the taste is outta this world! As a person who cooks well it is often hard for me to find a good meal but this place was a real treat! I well certainly be returning soon!
This food was SOOOO good! The staff were all friendly, professional and personable. I would 100/10 recommend to anyone! Can’t wait to get hungry again so I can go back
From the moment we walked in, the service was top-tier. Jennifer took care of us and was absolutely amazing—super helpful with the menu and made us feel right at home. The food? Chef’s kiss. And taking leftovers home was a breeze, which made round two just as good later on!
During this visit, I had the Crispy Salmon Hash and Deep Fried Strawberry biscuits. The salmon hash was amazing. It tasted just as good as it looked. The salmon was fresh and cooked to perfection. The biscuits! The biscuits reminded me of a funnel cake, but 10x's better. The fried biscuits with whipped cream and fresh strawberries was like a party in mouth. Short wait time, good customer service and tasty food.
As a Southern Girl visiting my son in Maryland, I must say this little gem surpassed my expectations! The gentleman taking my order suggested the Salmon & Grits. The grits and the salmon were cooked to perfection. The grits were creamy, smooth as butter, and the perfect flavor. The Salmon was seasoned well and had the perfect crust on top and the sauce brought it all together. My son has a new favorite spot and I only wish this small chain were in SC! Thank you for such an awesome experience and flavorful food. Highly recommend.
